All new hires complete approximately 6 weeks of information-intensive sales training, so a willingness to learn quickly and adapt is essential. For those interested in growing their role, body piercing apprenticeships may be discussed after successful completion and mastery of the sales training program. We often promote from within.

Position requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability for nights and weekends
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong and friendly communication skills
• Eager to learn a plethora of information and willingness to educate guests
• Follow all hygiene, sterilization, and safety procedures at all times
• Dependable, punctual and trustworthy     
• Retail experience is preferred but not required

Compensation & hours:

Fully trained sales associates typically earn $22–$24+ per hour (hourly pay, commission, tips, and bonuses combined). Hours generally range from 25–35 per week. We offer partial employer-paid health insurance benefits to full-time employees, supplemental insurance plans, SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with 3% employer contribution and a complimentary stocked breakroom.
